Wow, has it been that long?

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. After Mega Meet, I just let this warm weather absorb me! But we have some new products in the store I must tell you about! We have the four new lines from Bo Bunny (love these!). We have Block Party (4th of July, Memorial Day, you get the idea), Sun Kissed (perfect for Summer), Peacock Lane (for you purple lovers), and Petal Pushers (yes, girly all the way).

We also have the new, exclusive line from We R Memory Keepers called Show & Tell. I would describe it as a vintage school line that you must see to appreciate. The $1 stamps that match it are to die for!

Plus, we received a chunk of the new Cuttlebug embossing folders! There are several 5x7 size folders, as well as A2 and borders. There are even some combo sets that are a fantastic value!

Tattered Angels meets Heidi Swapp...

What you get is an awesome combination of Tattered Angels products with Heidi's style! We have several of the newest Tattered Angels products from Heidi and more! I tried finding images for you, but no luck just yet. I guess you'll have to come in and see them for yourself! They won't last long, so get your hands on 'em while they're here!

At the end of the rainbow...

is the light at the end of the tunnel! After a long, long, fun and busy weekend at Mega Meet, we spent some time unloading boxes back at the store. It was refreshing (after all of that nasty wind and rain) to see a rainbow hanging out over the store. We had some good times at Mega Meet, and learned that the Groove is in the Heart (thanks for that, Michelle!).

We wrapped up our weekend with our Queen of the Crop event on Saturday. The girls had a great time, enjoyed lunch, dinner, and amazing desserts from Elite Sweets. They even each got a free massage, which they probably needed after all that running around trying to hide the crown! Carla was our Queen of the Crop winner, wearing the tiara at just the right moment. She won a great prize bag in addition to wearing the crown this year. Now we move forward with our Spring/Summer store plans, and look forward to seeing you all soon!

Mega Meet Day 1... done.

What a busy day! It started out a little rough... apparently our credit card processer, a telephone line, and my expectations weren't all on the same page. That's ok, by the half-way point, we were rolling! Angela took some great pictures, which you can find more of on her blog. We saw so many familiar faces, it was great! I couldn't help but notice how many people were smiling and laughing all day (even dancing, yes - you know who you are). What a great atmosphere at the show... I'm looking forward to day 2!

Set up for Mega Meet... check!

Well, there was some serious work done today, and I have my husband, Kristin and Hailey to thank for their help today! Kristin and I wrapped up the booth at 9pm (well, that's when they kicked us out). We have a couple finishing touches to do before the show opens tomorrow, but I think it turned out pretty good! You'll find us at booth 313 - that's near the front about in the middle of the show. Hope to see you there!

It's so DeLovely!

Did you see the big announcement on Cosmo Cricket's blog yesterday? They released another new line, called it DeLovely, and made it adorable. Well guess what?! Scrappy Chic has it for you!!! But here's the catch: if you want to be one of the first ones to get your hands on this DeLovely line, you'll need to follow us to Mega Meet! We'll be in booth 313 from Thursday to Saturday, and we have all of it! Angela, from the DT, came in today to whip up a few layouts with it, and she too was lovin' it!

By the way, if you're not signed up on our email newsletter list, you'll want to check out the News & Events link on our website (http://www.scrappychiclivonia.com/). I posted a schedule of events for the weekend, letting you all know where you should be. :) Enjoy!

Finally, Webster's! (and more, too)

I know many of you have been patiently awaiting the arrival of the new Webster's Pages products. They're finally here! You can now enjoy what we've been oohing over the last day or so while we put it out. We have Lullaby Lane, Garden Gala, Seaside Retreat and Life's Portrait. I can't even believe the trims - the flowers are beautiful! You just have to see it all in person to get the full effect, of course.

We also have the newest line from Little Yellow Bicycle, a gorgeous baby line (in boy and girl prints). Of course, there are tons of adorable embellishments to go with this set!

We received 3 new Cricut cartridges - Summer Vacation, Summer in Paris and Independence Day. Unfortunately, we've only received one of each so far, but hopefully will have the rest of them soon. There are so many new Cricut cartridges in stock now, it's wonderful!
