New Products from Colorbok

We received a few new lines from Colorbok, including Sweet Life (adorable cupcake-y goodies), boy & girl paper, Nocturne (wedding) paper and die cut pages, and (my favorite) Lucky You - a great modern funky line. We also got tons of albums to spruce up our album wall, both 12x12 and 8x8. Check it out next time you're in!
By the way, we still have some of the new Ali Edwards books for those of you looking out for them!

The All Things Sweet class will start at 6pm, and will take approximately 3.5 hours. This deliciously sweet book (with chocolate in mind) will make a great keepsake or gift, and will take you through many different products and techniques. Plus, Lance is a hilarious teacher. His laid back style will leave you laughing and creating at the same time! The class is $50, which includes all of the product you'll need to complete this book, and you'll just need to bring your tools! Webster's Pages is back

We took a hiatus from Webster's Pages, but we really liked the new papers they offered at the last show. So we ordered, and it's here! Their new line is heavy on the florals, and has very nice muted browns and blues... beautiful!

We're Carrying Maya Road!

Yes, we finally got it! We just put it out this weekend, and it's already selling like crazy. Maya Road has chipboard, tins, mini books, anything alter-able... you name it! There is a small display near the register, but you'll find most of the products in the mini album and home decor sections. Their mini coaster books are so cool, as are the shaped mini albums. Hopefully we'll have some altered samples soon!

While I was out...

We just got back from Grand Haven, MI... the family and I spent a few days camping (an interesting few days since it was our first time taking the kids - 2.5 & 4 yrs old - tent camping). I even had a chance to visit a couple scrapbook stores out that way on our trip. We had a great time, went to Lake Michigan, and came home to tons of new stuff at the store! Here's what I've seen so far...
The new Making Memories Fa La La line is awesome. We received the new Disney High School Musical and Hannah Montana stickers, as well as the new Bazzill products from the show (don't know if I already mentioned that), which includes the new Just the Edge shapes/colors. The new Scenic Route lines, Surprise and Sonoma, are also out on the shelf (classic SR!).

There are also a couple boxes not opened yet (oh, where does the time go?)... new Jenni Bowlin and Melissa Frances are here too! Hopefully we'll have all of this out by Friday for you!

Reminisce & Bo Bunny are Here

Well, we got Reminisce a little late, but it sure is cute! There is a winter line (Frosted) as well as a Halloween line and Enchanted Autumn (very cool finish to this paper). There are cool stickers and rub-ons to coordinate.

We also received some of the new Bo Bunny Believe (Holiday) and Spooktastic (Halloween, of course) paper and stickers. There are also a couple new Beau Jardin papers (very beautiful stuff), but we're waiting on the rest to arrive. I'll keep you posted!

A Couple Announcements...

Just a reminder... our 2nd Annual Scrapbook Auction will take place this Sunday, 8/17, 1pm at the store. You can come in early to browse the auction lots and jot down your favorites before the bidding begins! The store will open at noon, as usual. We anticipate the bidding to last between 1.5 and 2 hours, so wear some comfy gear.

On another note, Lance from Rusty Pickle is planning on returning on Thurs 9/4. We're still working on confirming times and classes, so stay tuned!

Basic Grey - Hooray!

We received the first 3 of 5 lines from Basic Grey! It's out on the shelf (we rushed for the croppers tonight). It's gorgeous as usual! So be sure to check out Ambrosia (oranges, reds & grays), Eva (lime & deep purple) and Offbeat (adorably birdies!).

New Stamping Station and Fragments are back!

We received some very cool new state travel papers from Stamping Station, as well as a couple new series of local High School papers. We also have received a large shipment of Tim Holtz Fragments (finally)! They've been difficult to get lately, but they're back! While I'm on that subject, Hailey has added a couple dates for the Fragments mirror class - you get to choose your colors and themes, and you'll complete your mirror in class. Sign up by phone or in person to reserve your spot!

New Kits for August

We have two new page kits for the month! If you're in the market for baby girl or boy kit, you're in luck! Each one contains enough supplies to do several pages and cards - all for only $8.99 each! But these are in very limited quantities, and will be gone soon.

Hannah Montana & High School Musical Fans...

We've got acrylic stamps! There are several different styles of both Hannah Montana and High School Musical to choose from! They're similar to the CD case stamps we've had before, and they're only $9.99 per set!

Lots of New Goods this week so far

Where do I start?! We received the new Glitz papers we ordered at the show (a new company for our store) - and they are very cool! Think teen, Santa & grungy! We also received the rest of the new Cuttlebug dies & embossing pockets - these are the Halloween & holiday ones. American Crafts arrived as well, including a ton of new Thickers!

Have you heard of Graphic 45? If you are looking for the coolest vintage paper around (especially for ATCs & altered art) this is it by far! You have to check it out if you are into this at all; you'll love it! We also received a box from Stamping Station, but haven't had time to open it yet. I feel like I'm forgetting something, but if so, I'll post it soon!

UPS came back...

They delivered another box of new stuff! We have three new lines from Dream Street! This double sided paper was so good on both sides, I had to display both sides. See for yourself... I like these lines so much better than their previous releases - I'll be taking some home tonight!

Pink Paislee - hooray!

I know many of you will be excited to know the new Pink Paislee lines are here! Pop Fashion is based in pink (of course), and Vintage Moon is a cool twist on Halloween (or anything else). There are papers, overlays, stickers, chipboard and stamps! I don't see the embellishments lasting long, so check them out while they're fresh! You'll also be happy to know that Pink Paislee donates a portion of all of their product sales to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation! How cool is that?!

Making Memories new Spellbound line is here

Yes, the Halloween goodies are starting to roll in, including Spellbound. Making Memories knows how to do a good Halloween line, and this one is no exception. It's all out on the shelf now, and our Friday croppers already nibbled at it a bit. Even the acrylic stamps are adorable!
