New Gorgeousness from Making Memories

All you could hear yesterday when I walked in were oohs and aahs as Mary and I peeked in the new Making Memories shipment. Their newest Valentine's line, Je t'Adore, is the best yet. It's all French-themed and beautiful. The tattered flower ribbon is just the right shade of pink, if I do say so myself! You've got to see this one! I'm imagining a souped-up mini album with chunky embellishments and ribbon all over it.

Cricut Auction Wrap-Up

Well, our Cricut Auction today was interesting to say the least. I can tell you this... the bidders left the store with handfuls of amazing deals! They got Cricut cartridges on average for $20 left and right, Cuttlebug die/emboss combos as low as $3, we even had machines up for auction, like the Expression, Gypsy, Create and the Imagine! All of the items sold for less than wholesale cost, which was a great way for bidders to save on their goodies just in time for Christmas! Thanks to those who participated. I got to get my feet wet as an auctioneer (so did Jake, my little assistant).

I can't thank our customers who donated gifts and money for our adopted family enough. I delivered the gifts, all wrapped, to the school yesterday. The counselor planned on giving the gifts to the family that day! There was so much to wrap I had to ask for help! So many of you enjoyed the Tim Holtz Bauble Keychain make & take we did in October. Mary just made a new sample that everyone is loving using the Springtime paper from Graphic 45! So we decided to add another Bauble make & take on Friday, Dec. 17th! Here's how it works... Sign up to reserve your supplies - you can call or stop i to pay for this. The project will be $10, and includes all supplies. Then, just bring yourself on in between 10:30am and 1:00pm to complete your keychain. Plan on taking about 15 mins or so from start to finish.
