Help Wanted...
I am looking to fill a spot at the store, and it could be you! Are you available Friday and Saturday evenings? Are you a night owl? Are you super friendly, computer-literate, crafty, and reliable? Are you in need of a job and able to work 1-3 days/week? It could be your lucky day! If you think you fit the bill, please download an application from our website, fill it out, and bring it in! The weekends are the kicker - there's no negotiation on that one, just so we're on the same page. I'm looking foward to seeing who's interested!
Basic Grey has arrived!
We have the three new lines from Basic Grey, along with some fabulous new kits! Not only do we have the new Max & Whiskers, Cappella and (my favorite) the Basics, but we have more! There's an adorable kit to make a mini album with the new Cappella line, a Max & Whiskers page kit, and the Page of the Month kits! We should have the kits together this week, and can't wait to show it all to you!

A Few Cool Things Today...
We had a few unexpected deliveries, some of which were a pleasant surprise! We received three new Cricut cartridges - Robotz, Create a Critter and Nursery Rhymes - all very cute!
We finally received the newest release from QuicKutz - one of the coolest yet! There are a few new fonts, but there are several border/edge and nesting dies I think you'll love. Many of them are designed for the larger format machines like the Epic 6.
There are a bunch of new papers and embellishments from K&Co, and these already-sewn pages are adorable! We also received a group of new embellishments and stickers from Jolee's/EK Success. We should have this box on the shelves by tomorrow.
Melissa Frances fans will be happy to hear we have her new line in stock! This stuff is the ultimate in vintage yummy! Be sure to check it out next time you're in (well, I should say before it's gone because I don't see it lasting too long).
More new products from Advantus arrived today, like the Lost and Found paper pack and Ruler Ribbon from Tim Holtz (finally), as well as some remaining new items from their new Girls' Paperie line (so cute!).
We also received the latest Creating Keepsakes magazine, but you may have left to get your keys already since you heard the Tim Holtz paper pad is here... Hope to see you soon!

Live from Orlando...
Well, that was my intention at least. I was in Orlando at Disney with the kids all week, and had planned on blogging to let you know what arrived at the store. Unfortunately, my Droid wouldn't let me blog for some reason. So we'll pretend I'm still there (trust me, I'm pretending). We received (while I was gone) the two new lines from October Afternoon - The Thrift Shop and Fly a Kite. These two adorable lines are sure to be a hit (again). I can't wait to see them in person, and I'm sure you can't either!

Catching Up...
Aren't we all? This weather gets me in the mood from some serious Spring cleaning. But I digress... I need to catch you all up on what we've received over the last week or so!
The new line from We R Memory Keepers, 72 degrees & Sunny (we can dream), is in stock as well. This is another line exclusive to independent retailers! I had to take a bunch home because it is genius! There's even a page kit and card kit to match, too cute.
We have the three new lines from Pink Paislee, and they are going fast - Bayberry Cottage, 365 degrees, and Queen Bee. Julie already has a class prepared for the Queen Bee line that everyone's been drooling over. It's a 12x6 landscape mini album that's tasteful and to die for!
We have new girly papers from Reminisce in this week, too - Alice in Wonderland, Little Red Riding Hood and Snow White - too cute!
There is a new sock monkey line from Creative Imaginations that monkey lovers will love! Whether you're working on a project for a boy or girl, these papers and stickers are adorable.
Last, but not least, I just got word that we have the new products from Lily Bee Design - a newer manufacturer on the scene. They remind me a bit of a cross between Jenni Bowlin and October Afternoon - yummy!

Win a Vespa from Making Memories!
Ok, now here's my kind of contest. I don't know where I'd ride it, but I love this pink Vespa! Making Memories is giving a couple of these beauties away. Here's how to enter: purchase a Slice Hands-Free kit from an independent retailer (like us), and enter at http://www.whyslice.com/ to win! You can enter for free, too, but need to visit their website for details. We are expecting to receive the rest of our hands-free kits any day, but you can pre-order one if you'd like to guarantee to get one of these cool products in your hands! The hands-free kit turns your hand-held Slice machine into an independent cutter!

Vintage Groove Jill Schwartz Fans...
I just wanted to give you a heads up that we'll be carrying the full Jill Schwartz jewelry line from Making Memories. For those who like to shop local and support independent retailers, this is your chance. You may see this line pop up in chain stores before we have it this month, but rest assured we will have it (and we really can't wait!). This line is beautiful and easy to use. A couple employees have been sporting necklaces made with her line, and are chomping at the bit to add to them with these products. So we'll be as excited as you when it first comes in... we'll keep you posted on its arrival.
