Overdue Update

I've been a bit of a slacker on the blog, I must admit.  So I'd like to catch up...  Here's what's out on the shelf this week:

• New, adorable Thickers from American Crafts, as well as new NEON glitter papers!  So rad!
• Heidi Swapp - Color Pop and Serendipity collections
• Pink Paislee - Hope Chest, Cottage Farms and Luxe collections
• New rolling totes and carrying totes in hot colors - teal and purple
• Jillibean Soup - new collections and an amazing array of simple alphabet stickers!
• KI Memories - new, vintage collection
• Northridge Media - tons of new idea books just arrived!
• Simple Stories - new SNAP collections and books in tons of colors!  The girls are still working on getting this one out on the floor.
• Did I mention we have the new Sizzix dies from Tim Holtz?  Our Tim's Dies wall is packed!

There are still at least 10 more new collections still in the boxes.  We're doing our best to play catch-up since they all arrived at once.  Be sure to stop in and see all the new stuff - it's amazing!

DT - Terri projects

So it has been a couple of weeks so I thought I'd post a few projects I made for the DT at Scrappy Chic. If you've been into the store lately you've probably seen these projects. (I played I spy with my daughter the other day and she found a couple).  Did you know you can see the online gallery at http://www.scrappychiclivonia.com/ - just click on DT/Gallery tab.

I am known for making layouts and NOT journaling. One of my goals this year is when I make a layout to make some kind of journal entry on them.

I made a couple of layouts, a card, and a paper bag album.

The first layout uses the Glitz paper company and the paper bag album also using Glitz.
The second layout and card was made using Authentique. I love the manly look of the card.

The little envelope - is actually the gift card holder die from Dienamtics. I just love their dies.

New from Ruby Rock-It

We have a new collection of circus / carnival papers and more from Ruby Rock-It...  They're adorable! 

We also have the newest Studio AE exclusive stamp from Technique Tuesday and Ali Edwards.

We are continuing to get new products weekly, like the stack of boxes we received from We R and K & Co.  We're just not sure what's in them yet. :)  Stay tuned!

The Latest from Fancy Pants

It's fancy all right... Well, that just means it's a favorite of mine (and hopefully yours, too). There are four new collections from Fancy Pants in stock - Swagger, TrendSetter, Down by the Shore, and Park Bench. Check them out while they have all their accessories in stock!

 

March Challenge Inspiration

Happy March! Michele here today with some inspiration for this months challenge posted on the Scrappy Chic web-site. Here is the challenge:

March's Challenge: Create a page or project featuring Pebbles products.

I made an envelope mini, inspired by my friend Scrappy Canuck, with the Walnut Grove collection by Pebbles.

 

 

I just picked up the WeRMK envelope punch board last week at the store, I LOVE IT!!! Who ever knew envelopes could be so EASY! I pulled it out for this project and saved myself about an hour is measuring and cutting these 3 envelopes for this cute little mini.

This makes a perfect gift for any occasion or is a great way to carry around you pictures to show off.

   

I absolutely love the colors and patterns in this collection!!

You can embellish any way you want…I used various washi tapes, some tickets, a couple of punches, some brads, jute and viola!

A Few New Arrivals

Since I blogged last, we received even more new collections! We have two new complete collections from Echo Park - Sweet Girl and About a Boy (love them). We also have a new assortment of Trendy Tapes (washi tape) from Queen & Co. There are some new Tim Holtz stamp sets from Stamper's Anonymous in stock, but they're flying off the shelf! We also have a new assortment of color feathers from Bella Blvd. Last, but not least, we have two new Cricut cartridges in stock - Extreme Fonts and Outdoor Man.
